Founded by Bud Santora, A&E Construction, Inc. has grown from a modest four employees to its current staff of over seventy full-time employees. Bud Santora was
responsible for instilling a philosophy of unyielding dedication to providing premium service and quality to clients of A&E. It is this philosophical engine that continues to drive A&E Construction, Inc. through his two sons – Bill Santora, CEO, and Tony Santora, President – as they continue to lead the business their father started.
A&E Construction, Inc. performs projects of various sizes for private schools and universities, private developers, corporations, office complexes, retail centers, multi-family residential, warehouses, and manufacturers. A&E Construction, Inc. has also received numerous awards for both its private and public construction projects.
During the company’s 28 years of existence, A&E has experienced steady growth in both revenues and profits. Revenues in 2005 were approximately $67,000,000 with 2006 revenues projected to be approximately $76,000,000. Currently, A&E Construction, Inc. is ranked as the 14th_Largest_Contractor in the Philadelphia area by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
In addition, A&E is recognized as a member of The Philadelphia 100 – the annual rankings of the

During that time period, A&E’s bonding capacity, both on a per-project and aggregate basis, has also grown steadily. Currently, A&E’s bonding capacity is $12,000,000 for a single project and $24,000,000 in aggregate.
