A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the interior demolition and renovation of a total of 41,000 SF. The pilot project was designed with a flexible workspace for a new set of workplace standards including the removal and storage of lighting to be reused, the creation of open-concept, moveable work areas with lockers for employee use; glass-walled offices, phone booths, meeting, and conference rooms with privacy screens; break rooms and coffee stations; ADA-compliant restrooms; and sound-absorbing ceiling panels. This project was completed in two phases.
