A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a five-story, 102,000 SF self-storage facility in King of Prussia, PA. Site work included an underground basin, mill, and overlay of an existing parking lot, curbs, and shared access to the building. The project involved the construction of a stone veneer and EIFS exterior, the installation of two elevators, and roofing: 900 units.
